Gift With Purchase Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. OFFER DETAILS

  • The Gift With Purchase Promotion runs from Thursday 27 November and ends on Monday 1 December at 11:59pm AEDT.

  • Customers who spend $300 or more after all discounts are applied will receive a complimentary Demi Fine Choker Chain in their choice of gold or silver.

  • Limit of one (1) free gift per customer.

  • The gift will be packaged within the same box as any other item(s) in the order.

  • Offer is available online and in-store throughout the promotional period.

  • Available until stock sells - At which point it will become unavailable to select at checkout


2. EARLY ACCESS

  • Gold & Silver Tier Customers: Early Access begins Thursday 27 November at 9:00am AEDT.

  • Bronze Tier, Members & Email Subscribers: Early Access begins Thursday 27 November at 12:00pm AEDT.

  • General Access: Promotion opens to all customers on Friday 28 November at 9:00am AEDT.


3. ONLINE ORDERS

  • Eligible customers will be able to select either the gold or silver Demi Fine Choker Chain at checkout.

  • The gift will be automatically added and discounted once the qualifying spend is met.

  • Available until stock sells - At which point it will become unavailable to select at checkout




4. IN-STORE PURCHASES

  • Boutique teams will manually add the appropriate gift to the POS order.

  • The applicable gift discount will be applied at checkout.

  • Available until stock sells - At which point it will become unavailable to select at checkout




5. ELIGIBILITY

  • Offer valid on purchases of $300 or more after discounts.

  • One (1) gift per qualifying transaction.

  • The gift is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit, and cannot be exchanged.


6. RETURNS & FINAL SALE CONDITIONS

  • All purchases made during the promotional period are final sale.
     No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for items purchased as part of the promotion.

  • Return submissions through Return Logic will be flagged as final sale.


7. LIMIATIONS

  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift availability is limited

  • Temple of the Sun reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
