You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points head to the rewards page and scroll down to “Ways to Earn Points”.
You will need to be logged into your account to view your point balance. It will then be visible on your account page and the rewards page.
If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward directly in the checkout. Once on the checkout page, simply select the reward you’d like to redeem from the dropdown on the right.
No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can! However do please note that points expire after 1 year of inactivity.
Yes! Please let our lovely retail staff know if you have an account so that they can take down your details and ensure your points balance is updated. Please note, there is a delay between shopping in-store and your online balance being updated.
Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers/discount or gift card codes, including during our sale period.
You can redeem a max of 600 points in one transaction from our list of available reward options. You can only redeem one reward per transaction. Please note that cart minimums may apply. You can view the list of redemptions available on the Rewards Page under “How to use your Points” and via the drop down in the checkout page.
No. Your points will be returned to your balance and available to use the next time you shop. You can also view any unused points and vouchers available, through the Rewards History button at the top of the Rewards Page.
You can only receive loyalty points if you leave a review through the email form that will be sent out 2 weeks after purchase. Leaving a review through the site widget will not get you any points.
Points will be added to your account – only if your birthday is 30 days after the sign up date you set up your account.
All other Birthday rewards will be made available on your Birthday. We typically will notify you via email.
You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase; or you recently redeemed points on a purchase you made.
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If this doesn’t become right after a few minutes – please let us know.
Yes, on the right hand side of the checkout page you will see a drop down to redeem your points. If you have enough points to redeem, you can simply select the reward you’d like to redeem and apply it to your purchase and checkout!
If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.
