Refund policy

Ready to Ship Policy:

Should you have a change of mind within 14 days of delivery, we are happy to offer a refund, store credit or exchange for our gold vermeil and sterling silver collections. Please note our policy does not include sale items, solid gold items, orders purchased using Afterpay, gift with purchase items, gift cards, bespoke designs or earrings (for obvious hygiene reasons).

All change of mind returns must be returned in original saleable condition and must not be worn or damaged. Refunds will be made via the original method of purchase. This offer extends to Temple of the Sun online customers only. For items purchased from one of our stockists, please contact the store of purchase.

You will be responsible for arranging to have the item(s) returned to us and for any costs incurred.

Returns must be shipped by trackable postal service, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that cannot be confirmed to have reached us. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

If you would like an alternate size or item, please lodge a return through our returns portal for a store credit to repurchase the correct item.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us at support@templeofthesun.com.au as soon as possible. Our change of mind exclusions do not apply in these cases.

Customers in the UK and EU may have additional rights to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
