Our 18K gold vermeil jewellery is lovingly handcrafted and designed to be treasured for years to come. To preserve its lustre and extend its life, please follow these care guidelines:

• Avoid wearing your jewellery while swimming, showering, exercising, or washing up.
• Keep away from chemicals such as perfumes, cosmetics, and cleaning products, as well as abrasive surfaces that may scratch the gold layer.
• After wearing, gently rinse in cold water and pat dry with a soft 100% cotton cloth.
• Gemstones such as opals are delicate and should not be submerged in water.
• Store each piece individually in an airtight container to prevent tarnish and scratching.
• Chains should always be stored flat or hanging to avoid tangling or kinks.
• Treat your jewellery with care, as vermeil is a fine layer of 18K gold over sterling silver.

Over time, the gold layer on vermeil will naturally wear with regular use. To restore your pieces to their original brilliance, we offer a dedicated replating service - so you can continue to love and wear them for a lifetime.

Gemstone Care: Remove gemstone jewellery before engaging in activities that may cause damage and avoid wearing with clothes that have loose threads or abrasive textures, to prevent snagging. Gemstone jewellery can be gently scrubbed with a soft-bristled or baby-sized toothbrush coated in warm, soapy water to dislodge any dirt.

To ensure the gold lustre remains golden and bright it is important to remove your rings each time we hand sanitise, apply makeup, cosmetics, shower, swim and even cook. Gold vermeil, like all non-solid gold, is designed to fade over time so our beloved rings need the most attention and care out of all.
