The hand carved olive-green agate intaglio depicts a winged horse in reference to mythical Pegasus. The square bezel setting is adorned with gold bead detailing flanking the bail and a cluster of three diamonds along the lower edge. A 22k hallmark is stamped onto the rear of the stone casing.
